These clients had dreams of a modern farmhouse, but we added a twist on your everyday black and white exterior by incorporating greige on the soffit & fascia for just enough interest to still be classic. From helping with all construction selections to designing and installing several rooms of furnishings, we loved watching the house plans come to life on this custom home for a very special family. Bringing in lots of moody paint colors helped balance all of the white throughout this home, creating a warm inviting space for entertaining. Our favorite space is a toss up between the powder bath with the bold Schumacher wallpaper and the cozy study with the perfect spot to have a drink with friends in the most comfortable swivel chairs.
