When our client’s purchased this secondary home, it was many shades of brown and much too boring - it was really needing some fun personality to match that of it’s homeowners! Being from the Dominican Republic, they wanted some tropical elements, without it feeling too out of place in North Florida. We took the dark brown built-in and brightened it up with paint, and added punches of color throughout with accessories, custom pillows, and custom upholstered chairs. The custom drapery might be one of our favorite parts of these spaces, but a close second are the special pieces we were able to include from their travels to the Dominican Republic.
